Joining the NJBC Family
At the conclusion of worship service an invitation is given in which persons are invited to unite first with Christ and secondly with our church. Those wishing to make such a decision are urged to come forward during the invitational hymn and tell the pastor of their desire. Our church receives members in the following ways:
- By profession of faith in Christ and for baptism according to the policies of this church.
- By watch care designation (joining this church while you are living in the area), and/or based upon past Christian Experience.
- By restoration upon a statement of prior conversion experience and baptism in any church, regardless of denomination.
